Recovery policy

• Refunds are made only when you pay by credit card or PayPal.
• When paying via Western Union or in cash, please note that the amount or difference in the amount paid to the customer is not returned due to the cost of the transfer but is retained as a balance for use in future orders.

Cancellation and switch policy

Allows the order to be cancelled or replaced in the following cases:

• If you send the wrong product.
• If the product is found to be defective or damaged during the shipping process.
• Cancellation can be requested in the setup phase, i.e. if the books are still in a “required” state where a book cannot be requested to be cancelled after it is in an “existing” or “send” state.
